Morning Jolt: Ground zero tower is tallest in NY

One World Trade Center tower will become the tallest building in New York today. The building built at ground zero will be 21 feet taller than the Empire State Building after a column is placed today. When the building is finished in 2014, it will be the tallest building in the U.S., beating the Willis Tower in Chicago.
