Sign-ups for Augusta Little League fall football, cheerleading, and boys and girls soccer have begun at Strickler’s Shoe Store, 513 State.

Sign-ups can be done during regular business hours at the store.

Football and cheerleading sign-ups will run through July 26 at Strickler’s. A board member will be at Strickler’s each Saturday.

Cost is $75 for football and $65 for cheerleading. A $10 discount will be given for each additional sibling registering for either football or cheerleading.

Soccer sign-ups will start Monday through July 30. Games will be played starting in mid-August at the soccer fields near Augusta Middle School.

One change will be a new kindergarten-first grade division with 3-on-3 with no goalkeeperes playing on a smaller field. If there are at least 40 boys and 40 girls in a division, the league will separate the division for boys and girls.

Cost for signing up players depends on date: now-July 12 ($30), July 13-19 ($35), July 20-30 ($40). After July 30, there will be a sign-up waiting list with children not guaranteed a spot on a team with a fee of $50.
