    • Harold Miller explains his feelings toward his neighbors
  • Harold Miller was on the scene when his house at 1627 Robbins was demolished Tuesday morning. He has always maintained that his house was no worse than most but that his neighbors were out to get him. One of those neighbors fell at the City Council meeting Monday night and had to be treated by EMS workers. Mr. Miller explained what he would have done if he had been there.
