Little League Inc. just confirmed that Augusta’s baseball league is not sanctioned which means they have no one to answer to and that means we can easily overthrow the board. We need to start now putting together a meeting.

It’s nice to see there is going to be a fireworks show and all the sponsors were listed in the big front page story, but Ignite Augusta was left out and they are donating $1,000 to the show. Last week there were lots of Viewpoints about them and now they’re left off the sponsor list.

No draft for the Little League this year? And very unequal team membership both in numbers and skill? What does that teach our young ball players?
