Those that feel the need to criticize the Little League board need to serve on the board sometime.

Times are tough. The cuts that the school board are considering are ones that need to be made, but it would certainly seem appropriate to look at some wage freezes and possibly, some cuts. Many other school districts have already done it. No one wants to take a cut, but the rest of the world has to deal with it. Why should teachers and administrators be any different? At least they have jobs and nice working conditions. They should count their blessings.

Don’t take field trips away from the elementary kids! They don’t even get as many as they should. Cut something else.

It’s been great to see City crews out filling in holes and patching the streets.
