Norma Jean Poore, 74, homemaker, of Andover, passed away, Saturday, June 27, 2009.
Viewing 1-8 p.m. today , with family present from 6-7 p.m. and service 2 p.m .Wednesday, July 1, both at Headley Funeral Chapel, Augusta.
Norma was born in Hartshorne, Okla. on Oct. 2, 1934; the daughter of the late Raymond Lee and Frances Evadin (Grammer) Price. On March 18, 1954, she married Billy J. Poore in Wichita, and he survives.
In addition to her husband she is survived by: sons, Billy W. Poore and wife Shari, Roy Dale Poore and wife Michelle, Keenan Poore and wife Brenda, Quincy Poore and wife Judy, all of Andover; brothers, James Price of Aliceville, Stanley Price of Orange Park, Fla., and Roger Price of Port Arthur, Texas; sisters, Winona Kimber of Pawhuska, Okla. and Brenda Blowers of El Dorado; grandchildren, Corey, Brittni, Meghan, Josi, Alison, Logan and Kameron.
She was preceded in death by son, Raymond Joseph; brother, Elwood Price; and sisters Wanda Price and Oleta Johnston. Memorials to the Faith Home Health and Hospice.
