Stefanie Jean Raiden, age 26, Augusta, returned to our father in heaven June 15, 2009.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, June 20, at Hope Community Church in Andover, with Pastor Jackie Carter officiating. Interment was at Oakwood Cemetery in Honey Grove, Texas.
Stefanie was born Aug. 13, 1982 in Oklahoma City, Okla. to Gaylon Raiden and Glenda Bohn Frost. She attended the Claremore and Sequoyah schools in Claremore, and Newcastle Okla. where she was an amazingly talented softball player. She attended the Coffeyville Junior College, in Coffeyville on a softball scholarship. Stefanie was a full time student with the University of Phoenix pursuing her dream of becoming a Licensed Therapist specializing in juvenile therapy.
Stefanie poured her heart and soul into her family and her position as a Direct Care Counselor at The Camelot Youth Residence in Wichita.
Stefanie is survived by: her beloved wife, Stephanie Clasen; two step-children, Gage Clasen and Isabella Arredondo of Augusta; her parents, Gaylon Gene Raiden and wife, Kay of Oklahoma City, Glenda Frost and husband, Vaughn of Houston, Texas, father and mother- in-law, Randy and Donna Smith, Augusta; paternal grandfather, Robert Raiden of Honey Grove, Texas, maternal grandmother, Gloria Bohn of Bethany,Okla.; brother, Nick Raiden of Houston, Texas; sisters in- law, Jessica Clasen and Sara Smith of Denver, Colo.; brothers in- law, Joshua Clasen, Seth, Jacob and Steven Smith of Augusta; a host of extended family members.
