Dwain Eugene Van Dolah, 89, Wichita, retired elementary teacher and WWII United States Army veteran, father and father-in-law of Sheri (Keith) Rooney of Augusta, died on Wednesday, June 24, 2009.
Funeral service will be held this morning at Smith Mortuary in Haysville.
Other survivors: wife, Lorraine; daughters, Judy Van Dolah, Carol Stoico, and Meredith Van Dolah ; sister, Norma Jean Hawkins; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial has been established with Good Harvest Christian Church, 8330 E. Douglas, Wichita, 67206.
