Marcus M. Lane, Ogden, was arrested by Haysville police on a local warrant for failure to appear.

Engine 5 responded to a 1/2 mile South of 60th and Fulton for a vehicle leaking gasoline.  Upon arrival, no leak could be found.

Kevin L. Maness, Augusta, was arrested and issued a notice to appear for driving while suspended and no proof of insurance.

A traffic offense occurred at 100th and Custer Lane.

Steven D. Parker, Augusta, was arrested and issued a notice to appear for disorderly conduct in the  1300 block of Money.
A non-injury accident occurred when a 2006 GMC Sierra, owned by Central Air Group, Wichita, was legally parked on State St. when it was struck by a 200 Dodge truck, owned and operated by Timothy Eugene Hummel, Augusta, which was backing.  Damage to the Sierra truck was $1,000 and no damage to the Hummel vehicle.

Engine One responded to the 1000 block of Ohio for the report of smoke coming from a sign on top of a building.  Upon arrival, units checked the sign and then returned to the station.

Brandon B. Burnes, Eureka, was arrested by Greenwood County on a local warrant for failure to appear.

 Notices to appear were issued to Gregory D. Jones, Augusta, for no proof of insurance and illegal tag.

Monday, June 16
Day Watch
A larceny was reported in the 1500 block of Clubhouse.

A non-injury accident occurred at 4th and Walnut when a 1998 Honda Accord, operated by Hunt A. Reed, Winfield, was southbound on Walnut.  A 2003 Ford Mustang, operated by Kayla A. Sears, Augusta, was westbound on 4th.  The Sears vehicle attempted to cross Walnut and struck the Reed vehicle.  The Reed vehicle sustained $6,000 and the Sears vehicle sustained $5,000 in damages.
