Joyce Lavonne Little, 80, of Augusta, passed away Sunday, June 29, 2008, at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

Viewing 1-8 p.m.Tuesday with family present from 6-8 p.m. at Headley Funeral Chapel, Augusta. Graveside service 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 2, at Elmwood Cemetery, Augusta (12th street entrance).

Born on Jan. 12, 1928 in Park Rapids Minn., she moved to Kansas as a teenager. A loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, she will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends.  She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Augusta.

She is survived by:  her husband of fifty five years, Billie D. Little;  their children, Ty Little and wife Diana; Larry Little and wife Carolyn; and Sharon Boucher, all of Augusta; Peggy Stebbins and husband Bob of Denton, Texas; sister, Patricia Newmiller of Casper, Wyo.; eight grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents Ole and Grace (Wagner) Halvorson.
