A ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Capitol Federal savings facility in the Andover Marketplace, near the southeast corner of Andover Road and U.S. 54 is scheduled from 11:30 to noon on Tuesday, Feb. 16. The ribbon will be snipped at noon.
There will be a ribbon cutting at noon that day.
A week-long grand opening celebration will begin on Presidents’ Day, Monday, Feb. 15.
The public and potential customers are invited to stop by for refreshments and registering for drawings.
