Day Watch
A non-injury accident occurred in the intersection of Shirley and Dearborn when a 2000 Ford, owned and operated by Christine S. Streid, Augusta, was northbound on Dearborn and was struck by a 1997 Jeep, owned and operated by Billie J. Reed, Augusta, which was eastbound. Both vehicles each received approximately $3,000 in damages.

A non-injury accident occurred in the 300 block of W. Kelly when a 1999 Saturn, owned and operated by Jenna L. Persons, Towanda, was westbound and a 1998 Ford truck, owned and operated by Gary A. Carson, Augusta, was traveling eastbound, crossed the center line and struck the Persons vehicle. Approximate damage estimated at $4,000 to the Persons vehicle and an estimated $2,500 to the Carson vehicle.
