William A. “Bill” Little, 48, rural Douglass, suffered lacerations to his chin and hands in a motorcycle-car  accident near SW 210th and SW Ohio early Wednesday morning.
He was transported to Susan B. Allen Hospital in El Dorado with non-life threatening (Code Yellow) injuries.
According to a sheriff’s office report, deputies responded to the accident happened around 4:12 a.m. Wednesday.
Investigating sheriff’s deputies found Michelle A. Clark, 40, Augusta, was delivering newspapers in the 6000 block of SW 210th in her 2003 Pontiac Grand Prix. She had been eastbound, but pulled off the roadway into a private drive on the north side of SW 210th. She was completely off the roadway, but facing oncoming westbound traffic.
Deputies said Little was westbound on his 1980 Honda motorcycle when he saw headlights that appeared to be in his lane of travel. He swerved and lost control of the cycle dumping it on the roadway.
Little was wearing a helmet which had scratches from the road surface on both sides.
