Stan and Kathy Williamson of Park City, formerly of Augusta, announce the engagement of their daughter, Lynna, to Jayson Cherry of Frontenac.

 Lynna is the granddaughter of the late Ed and Katy Williamson of Augusta and Alex and Argaree Laham of Dallas, Texas.  She graduated from Augusta High School in 1999 and is a 2004 graduate of the University of Kansas.  She is currently working on her masters in business administration at Friends University and is the director of financial aid at Wichita Technical Institute.

Jayson is the grandson of Clifford and Mary Jane Cherry of Frontenac.  He is a graduate of Frontenac High School and attended Pittsburg State University.  He is an electrician at Ziegler Electric in Wichita.

The wedding is planned for Friday, June 20, at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Wichita.
