Butler County Sheriff Craig Murphy has released a statement that on Friday, March 27, sheriff investigators presented their investigation into the Adam Herrman case to the county attorney office for its review and the possibility of filing charges into the incident.
Sheriff Murphy is expecting continued investigation into the case. “Something will always come up and need to be looked at,” he said.
“ By no means does the presentation of the case to the county attorney mean that there will not be work for investigators to be done.”
Questions will be asked and as of Monday we received an e-mail from out-o-state that we will be contacting that person to discuss their concerns.
