The Augusta Public Library will host an adult winter movie event at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 20.
Due to copyright rules, the title can not be published outside of the library, but the movie is about a girl named Anna who was conceived as a genetic match for her older sister who suffers from acute leukemia. When Anna’s sister’s kidneys fail and Anna is asked to undergo a kidney transplant procedure, she sues her parents for medical emancipation.
Bring your own refreshments and the library will provide the tissues!
