  • Cathy Phillips, secretary at Augusta’s St. James Catholic School was this year’s recipient of the St. Joseph the Worker Award representing the entire Wichita Diocese. Phillips was surprised at a program on Monday at the local school, by the Diocese Superintendent Bob Voboril.
