State recommends life for Jacob Hoyt

Jacob Hoyt pleaded guilty this morning to the amended charge of felony murder in the first degree of Augusta resident Loyce Cody.

Cody was Hoyt's grandmother.

The state has recommended a sentence of life in jail with the possibility of parole in 20 years.
