- Garfield Elementary second grade classes of Renissa Riley and Renee Powers recently performed President plays. The students researched various presidents (Geroge Washington, Abraham Lincoln, Howard Taft, Jimmy Carter, and Franklin D. Roosevelt) and then composed their own script. They enjoyed performing their skits for their classmates and families.
